KCRO Enterprises Inc. is owned by Kevin Cronin who has more than 40 years of retail food experience. Kevin started with Stop&Shop in 1966, working in meat, seafood and deli and progressed from a part time clerk to a meat department manager. He joined the management team in 1974 as a Product Specialist and advanced through positions in Operations Support, Operations and Sales before being named Manager of Deli Sales.
In 1984, Kevin joined the Grand Union Company as Director of Cheese and Natural Food. He subsequently served as Director of Seafood and as Meat Merchandising Director before being appointed Vice President of Meat and Seafood Sales in 1995.
After the dissolution of the Grand Union Company in 2001, Kevin rejoined Stop & Shop as the Manager of Seafood Sales and Procurement. In 2002, he became the Director of Deli and in 2004 was appointed as Vice President of Deli Sales and Procurement. The responsibility for In-Store Bakeshops was added to his portfolio on an interim basis for six months while the company conducted a search for a Director of Bakeshop Sales.
